Located in its own headquarters in Betim (MG), the company, which began as a startup from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), has become a reference in technology in the nation, creating solutions that have benefitted over 500 cities in the state, in addition to clients from around the country, like in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraiba and Rio Grande do Sul.

Before, the Posture Inspection team of the Municipal Development Secretariat of Contagem, which did not possess all the tools that VELP solution has, did the registration of advertising engagements. Therefore, after hiring the company, the number of registrations has increased greatly.
The video and image transmission, through the system used by our consortium, has been of great value. Since the role of the managing doctor at Central is to make a presumed diagnosis of the situation the team is tending to. The report of the attending professional along with the videos and photos sent helps us to make this diagnosis more accurately.
With VELP’s solution, it was possible to automate the the reading of a group of clients where there was only satellite communication available, using a solution that was easy to install and at a lower cost – when compared to the reading activity in person, besides enabling the daily monitoring of consumption data.
The system developed by VELP is fantastic. The communication between central and the teams that are performing the service is done in an easy and simple manner. Moreover, the possibility of Central to monitor, through photos and videos, what is happening to the patient in real time helps and expedites the care.
