The system is easy to use and the result we are seeing today is within what we expected. An important fact in relation to the system is that users, both those in management and regulation have the facility to make observations to the company itself regarding the functionality of the system and are always attended, very dynamically, to the extent that there are some need for change, additions or inclusion reports.
