Public Lighting Management Software
vLuminum is a system made for public lighting management services. It can be used by inter-municipal associations, city halls and those provided with the service
The system manages the whole lighting management process, including call/ complaint records, service order planning and monitoring, execution and inspection.

Customer Service Flow
- CALL CENTER AND CITIZEN’S PORTAL – Registers the calls, which are immediately forwarded to the contractors.
- CONTRACTOR – Analyses the calls, generates work orders and assigns them to the field teams, according to the planned route.
- FIELD TEAM – Receives the work orders on mobile devices and records the execution data, including photos, used materials and geographic coordinates.
- CONSORTIUM / CITY HALL – Monitors all activities and generates reports.
Smart reports
Generates dynamic reports and graphs, from a user-friendly and intuitive BI (Business Interface) Web interface.

Vehicle Monitoring
The monitoring of the vehicles used in rounds and field work allows the visualization of the location of the vehicles and monitoring, in real time, the execution of the planned activities. The solution also permits speeding and off-site alerts outside the authorized area to be generated.
The technology (vSkySAMU) contributes, a lot, to the calls of Samu. In partnership with Velp, we seek to maximize the service of CISDESTE occurrences.
